Voice
The last time I heard your voice, it carried unbearable pain. Until then, I never realized that the word 'help' could sound so agonizing. Now it lives on in my memory, stored carefully as one would keep an heirloom. Your voice gave advice, sought blessings, stopped anger, cured sadness; even on days when it felt weak, it still was the strongest. I wish my voice could reach you now in whatever universe you exist. Maybe you'll respond, even if it's to tell me everything will be okay.
